Liam Gafoor CMILT IOSH is Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at Operator Licence Ltd. He has a long background in transport and logistics, with experience across operations management, customer relationships, negotiation, sales operations and business development. Liam is an International CPC holder and Transport Manager, bringing commercial understanding as well as compliance knowledge to operator support. He is currently working towards FORS Practitioner status and ISO training engineer development, strengthening the companys ability to support operators with fleet standards, health and safety, operational systems and audit readiness.
